Huawei’s budget brand Honor is back in Scandinavia, including Norway, with the release of affordable new smartphones. The Honor Magic6 Lite offers a good design inspired by luxury watches, a durable construction with water and dust resistance, and a decent display with AMOLED technology. The phone runs on MagicOS, a customized Android interface, which may be a bit cluttered with unnecessary apps. The high-resolution main camera produces good quality photos, but lacks optical image stabilization. Performance-wise, the Snapdragon 6 processor is decent for daily tasks but falls behind competitors in gaming. The ultrawide and macro cameras are disappointing in quality. Overall, the Honor Magic6 Lite is a solid mid-range phone with excellent battery life and AI performance, but its camera and gaming capabilities could be improved.
