UEFA has decided to allow Manchester United to participate in the Europa League next season, despite ownership conflicts.

United is expected to be allowed to play in the same tournament as its "sister club," but under certain conditions for a transitional period until the 2024/2025 season.
UEFA is seeking a rule change to prevent a single entity from owning a certain percentage in multiple clubs, meaning INEOS may have to reduce its stake in Nice to ensure United’s future participation in the same tournament.
